This website is operated by Nian Hospitality Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India on 16 March 2026, CIN U55101AS2026PTC030129, with its registered office at Dolbari, Morigaon, Assam 782105, India.

3. What this website collects

Nothing. There is no database behind this website, no login, no cookie, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no session tracking. The pages are static files.

The contact form

When you fill in the enquiry form and press send, your browser assembles the details into an email and opens your own email application with it. The information does not pass through this website and is not stored here. If you then choose to send that email, we receive it in our ordinary email inbox and hold it as described in section 5.

Web fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google receives your IP address and basic request information as part of serving those files. We do not receive that information and we set no identifiers of our own. Google's handling of it is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the technical information needed to deliver a page, including IP address and request details. We do not use this for profiling or marketing.

4. What we collect when you contact us

If you email us or send the enquiry form, we receive whatever you chose to put in it, typically your name, your property name, your email address, your phone number and your message.

We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the engagement you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. If you ask us to delete your correspondence, we will do so unless we are required to retain it by law.

6. Who we share it with

Our email is hosted with a mainstream email provider, which necessarily processes messages in order to deliver them. Beyond that, we do not share enquiry information with third parties except where we are required to by law.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw any consent you have given. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we handle requests to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data on the same basis, and you may object to processing.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Because the site holds no personal data, the practical security question is our email, which is protected by the access controls of our email provider and by our own account security.

9. Children

This website is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. Grievances

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, write to us at nihar@nianhospitality.in and we will look into it. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. We do not notify individually, because we hold no list of individuals to notify.
