These terms cover this website only. The AuditIQ product at auditiqhotels.com has its own separate terms of service, and any management contract or consultancy engagement is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

This website describes what Nian Hospitality does. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a commitment to provide services, or professional, financial, legal or investment advice.
